PERFORMANCE
(M)ind (K)ontrol explores the themes of the loss of one’s identity, manipulation, control and transformation.
When you are stripped of your identity, you become an empty shell; you no longer know who you are… and it is at that moment that your mind is manipulated and controlled.
When the experiment ends, what remains is a being devoid of reason, of thought… devoid of everything.

COMPANY AND CHOREOGRAPHERS
Francesco Brumat has been involved in dance since childhood and trained at the ‘Uccellis’ Dance High School in Udine, specialising in contemporary dance, the Ceron Dance School and the MAS Music, Arts & Show Academy in Milan, where he graduated in 2025. Alongside his work as a performer with the Ceron School, he furthered his research into contemporary dance. In 2025, he joined the Compagnia Arearea’s Advanced Training Programme and was subsequently selected by Marta Bevilacqua for OUVERTURE, the company’s new production.
