PERFORMANCE
Project Rilke explores the encounter between Rilke’s First Duino Elegy and a living landscape traversed by wind, breath and sound. At its heart lies the dialogue between poetry and electronic music. The elegy is neither narrated nor illustrated, but transformed into physical impulse, vibration and rhythm. Rooted in IVONA’s physical practice, the dance unfolds through repetition, magnetism and listening, in relation to a live DJ set. This relationship with sound introduces unpredictability, making each performance a unique and living composition.
